So first of all to start an app development you need some tools, you can develop on any platform but here we will talk about windows.
So, First of all there are some steps for installation.
STEP 1 : Go to this link https://developer.android.com/studio/index.html
STEP 2 : Read and accept the terms and conditions.
After accepting terms and conditions click on download button below. Downloading will start with in few seconds. looks like below image.
Now wait for completion of download.
STEP 3 : Launch the .exe file you downloaded and follow the setup wizard to install Android Studio and any necessary SDK tools.
